Age-adjusted AMH cut-offs for PMOS diagnosis in Southeast Asian women

In 1,284 women aged 20–40, an AMH threshold of 5.2 ng/mL (under 30) and 4.1 ng/mL (30 and over) identified polycystic ovarian morphology with 84% sensitivity and 81% specificity, outperforming a single cut-off.
