“Deciphering the Asian PMOS Paradigm: From AMH-Driven Nomograms to Precision ART Strategies”
In the opening plenary, Budi Wiweko details why conventional Western diagnostic frameworks fail to capture the multi-faceted pathophysiology of Asian PMOS cohorts. Asian women frequently present with severe visceral adiposity despite normal body mass index, coupled with excessive granulosa cell sensitivity to gonadotropin stimulation.
The address establishes the clinical utility of age-adjusted Anti-Müllerian Hormone nomograms, evaluates mitochondrial oxidative defence mechanisms, and introduces outpatient zero-OHSS algorithms using GnRH agonist triggers and targeted dopamine agonist luteal support.
